Operations within Rimard Industri AB will be taken over by Jernbro Industrial Services AB on 2018-10-15.

“With this acquisition, we strengthen our regional platform to help industries grow in and around Avesta, an area where we see great opportunities. We establish ourselves in Avesta and take over 25 skilled industrial mechanics. We continue working with their attractive customer portfolio and invest in the expansion of workshop capacity for major renovations. At the same time, we provide Rimaud’s customers with a broader and even more interesting service offering,” says Mikael Jansson, CEO of Jernbro Industrial Services AB.

“Through incorporation in Jernbro we get the capacity to develop both our business and customer offering. We really look forward to getting going in our new roles within Jernbro,” says Andreas Wallin, who together with Jonas Andersson will continue to be responsible for operations within Jernbro Industrial Services in Avesta.




Jernbro in Avesta (formerly Rimard) has long experience of service and maintenance work mainly in the paper, wood and steel industries. The core is made up of highly competent personnel focused on solving problems, performing maintenance and developing production to improve profitability for our customers. With fully equipped service vehicles, skilled repairers can quickly be on site to remedy problems. Everything from emergency repairs when a machine breaks down to welding jobs, installations on site and ongoing maintenance and service are included in the offer. Repairs to machine spindles, pumps and gear boxes, and the manufacture of spare parts are carried out in our own workshop. Qualified personnel with welding licences, competence in changing bearings, hydraulics and pneumatics are also available here.
