At Jernbro, we have many years of experience in water and sewerage contracts (WS), installations of pipes and mechanical equipment as well as mechanical assembly of pumps and pipe welding. Regardless of whether it concerns the design or manufacture of pipelines, pressure vessels, mechanical equipment, pipe suspension structures, plumbing work or load-bearing steel structures, we can undertake both full and partial contracts.
Installations
When ordering polymer equipment or dewatering and sludge thickening equipment from us, we can take care of all installation of equipment such as machines, pipes, pumps and platforms, as well as electrical, forging and welding work. We can, of course, install other types of process equipment within water and sewage in combination with installation, as well. Machine and pipe installations are carried out around Sweden at sewage and water treatment plants as well as in industries where process water is to be taken care of.
Design and manufacturing
Quality, function, performance and safety permeate our design and manufacturing processes of pressure-bearing devices and steel building structures. Our cutting-edge expertise allows us to design, manufacture, control, test and document advanced welded constructions in carbon steel materials and stainless steel material combinations that meet the most comprehensive requirements specifications and demanding environments from our customers.
Project management and implementation
Our project managers have solid experience of running and implementing this type of installation projects, including an understanding of the process. Together with the staff, who carry out assembly and welding work on site, they focus on delivering projects on time and with high quality. Working safely is something that we also always have the highest focus on.
Certifications and qualifications
We are certified in third parties by accredited certification bodies for welding with associated processes according to SS-EN ISO 3834–2: 2005 and for steel building structures and load-bearing structures according to SS-EN 1090–1: 2009 and FPC systems in design class EXC 1-3.
