Our latest acquisition
offers mechanical and
hydraulic services

On March 1, we made another business acquisition of SMTE Teknik in Borlänge. The new acquisition offers mechanical and hydraulic services, installation of drilling rigs and design and manufacture of special components in the steel and mining industry. SMTE Teknik also has a longstanding collaboration with Epiroc, which works with mining machines.

– With the acquisition of SMTE Teknik, we are expanding our existing operations with 8 competent people and a workshop, which will be the basis for further expansion in the area around Borlänge, says Mikael Jansson, CEO of Jernbro.

Last year, we completed 3 acquisitions; Veolia’s operations within industrial maintenance, Värme- and Kraftservice AB (Voksab) in Malmö and Skövde Industrireparationer AB.
