On 1st November 2018 Martin Berntsson returned to Jernbro and took up the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in charge of Maintenance and Engineering activities. Martin is part of the company’s management team.

Martin Berntsson has long experience of the industry and the company where he previously had various senior positions within Business Development, Marketing and as Regional Manager. Martin has also worked as a management consultant. Martin comes to us from a position as Operating Manager at Adecco, where he went from Jernbro in 2017.

“Martin’s return enables us to push Jernbro further according to the new strategy, that is focusing in parallel on the development and efficiency of existing operations, as well as growth through new customers and acquisitions,” says Jernbro’s CEO, Mikael Jansson.

Ready for the challenge Martin says, “I really look forward to returning to Jernbro and taking part in the exciting journey we have before us with both the growth and operational development of our deliveries.”

Martin is 43 and lives in Gothenburg with his partner and two children. His interests include training, home improvement and skiing.
