We can help you with both preventive maintenance and improving maintenance. And you can get help from us for single service activities and for large projects.

We have local competence in several places. This means that we can work close to you and we can allocate resources at short notice if needed. It also means that you have access to local cutting-edge competence. If you have an extra large need of resources for a single activity for example, we can gather together competence from several places through the network we have built up during the years.

We are an independent service partner but willingly cooperate with machine and component suppliers. Today, we are authorised service partners for several brands.

With our origin in Swedish industry, we have know-how in many industries. This breadth means we know more than just your industry. We can also transfer valuable know-how to you as a customer from other industries. Today, we operate in the following industries: metal, plastic & rubber, wood, automotive, machine, food, steel, pulp & paper, chemicals and energy.

 

Maintenance electricians

We can help you with all types of electrical maintenance. We also have the competence to do electrical installations in everything from switchgear to machine rebuilds. We carry out both low and high voltage work.

One area where Jernbro has leading-edge competence is measurement and control technology. We are specialized in equipment for all types of process control within pressure, temperature, level, flow and pH. We calibrate and adjust with traceability to international standards.

Maintenance mechanics

Our mechanics can help you with all types of maintenance of mechanical equipment in all industries. Our competence and experience allow us to help you optimise your preventive maintenance. We also have competence within hydraulics at Jernbro, mainly at our service central in Finspång.

Maintenance engineers

Our maintenance engineers will help you with proposals that increase the availability of your machinery, increase personal safety and simplify and streamline maintenance work. By analysing previous maintenance work, machine design and maintenance instructions, we can produce an action plan. Our engineers have the tried and tested Jernbro Maintenance Way methodology to help them. Several of our engineers are also certified maintenance leaders according to EFNMS (European Federation of National Maintenance Societies).

Welders

In the welding workshops, repair welding and various project work are carried out. Our staff, who have expertise in welding, bending and rolling, draw and design according to the customer’s needs. These can be, for example, beam structures, machine parts, frameworks, tanks, screws and racks.

Next generation technicians

An important part of the business is channelling young talent into our organisation. We therefore contribute to local efforts to encourage students to choose technical studies at both high school and university.
