Together with Veltec, we are now one of Scandinavia’s leading providers of industrial services

This summer we announced that we have signed an agreement to acquire Veltec. The deal has now been successfully completed and together we form one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of industrial services. By combining our operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, we broaden both our offer and our market presence and stand stronger than ever to meet the growing needs of the industry.

Due to this expansion, we have around 1,300 employees at 35 locations in the Scandinavian countries and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2.7 billion.

Veltec’s CEO, Gert Nielsen, also sees great advantages with the agreement:

The industries that can benefit from the expanded offer include petrochemicals, steel, mining, food, paper and pulp, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, water and sewage, maritime infrastructure and the chemical industry.
