Jernbro continues its strategic expansion and commitment to sustainable development in the Nordic region. As part of this growth journey, Jernbro has recruited Andréa Edstrom as the new Group CFO. This appointment marks an important step toward consolidating Jernbro’s position as the leading provider of industrial maintenance and industrial solutions in Scandinavia.
Andréa is a results-driven and communicative leader with extensive experience in creating growth, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable transformation. For the past nine years, she served as Group CFO at one of the Nordic region’s leading water infrastructure companies, where she was responsible for finance, HR, sustainability, communication, and IT. This background makes her well-prepared to support Jernbro in its next phase of development.
In her new role, Andréa will develop and execute Jernbro’s financial strategy across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The focus is on ensuring balanced and sustainable expansion, where efficiency and financial stability go hand in hand with Jernbro’s goal of delivering high-quality services.

In conjunction with this change, Ulf Blixberg will focus on the Swedish market as CFO Sweden. This means he will devote his full attention to strengthening our operations in Sweden, supporting our local teams, and driving healthy profitability in the country.
With Andréa Edstrom on board, Jernbro is taking another step toward reinforcing its role as a leading industrial partner in Scandinavia. The long-term plan is to continue growing in all three markets while maintaining a local presence.
