Our machining capabilities

More than 15 CNC milling machines (plus manuals) handle parts up to 10 tons and 6 meters in length, including 4-axis simultaneous machining. Typical products: bearing housings, couplings, axles, brake discs.

Over 20 CNC lathes and several manual lathes allow turning of parts up to 15 tons, 8 meters long, and 2.8 meters in diameter, with 5-axis simultaneous machining. Typical products: shafts, bushings, gears, rope drums.

5 CNC boring mills and manual machines handle parts up to 25 tons, 6 meters long, and 2.5 meters high, including 4-axis machining. Examples: gearboxes, feeder screws, motors, flanges, frameworks.

More than 15 grinding machines (flat, round, roller, sharp, hole, CNC-controlled). Capacity: parts up to 15 tons, 5 meters long, and 0.9 meters in diameter. We grind rollers, shears, shims, tools, punches, spacers — even rubber.

Abrasive waterjet cutting for complex shapes in steel, stainless steel, titanium, ceramics, and composites. Produces high-quality edges without stress or microcracks, with minimal material waste.

Our portable measuring arm (2.7 m range) enables reverse engineering, tolerance checks, and analysis of defective parts. Used for both quality assurance and producing digital 3D models for new components.

We weld, bend, and roll in our workshops. Hardened punching and pressing tools are repaired by welding, machining, and re-hardening.
