JERNBRO STRENGTHENS ELECTRICAL AND AUTOMATION OFFERING through acquisition of E&A
Jernbro has acquired Electrical & Automation Group Sweden, E&A, in Lund.
With E&A’s specialist expertise in electrical installation and industrial automation, Jernbro is broadening its offering in southern Sweden and Denmark, taking another step toward assuming greater overall responsibility for industrial customers’ facilities.
E&A has established expertise in electrical installation, automation, and projects for industry. The business complements Jernbro’s existing expertise in industrial maintenance and technical solutions, creating a more complete offering for customers in the region.

Electrical and automation are essential parts of modern industrial facilities, and together with E&A we gain both expertise and capacity that complement what we already do. Through the acquisition, Jernbro can combine multiple competencies within the same organization – from engineering, installation, and automation to operations, maintenance, development, and technical solutions.

- greater local capacity in southern Sweden and Denmark
- improved ability to assume responsibility for larger and more complex assignments
- more opportunities to combine specialist expertise in joint customer projects
