Challenge
Siemens Energy AB needed new lifting devices for their gas turbine test rigs. The equipment had to safely handle turbines weighing 17–50 tons and a full test adapter up to 80 tons, while ensuring stability, precision, and operator safety.

Jernbro designed and built three motor-controlled lifting devices for Siemens’ Trifsrigg 1 and 2. The two smaller machines handle turbines, while the large lifting device manages the full test adapter. All machines provide stable, balanced lifts for safer and more accurate handling.
