Whistleblowing
− transparency builds trust

ENSURING responsibility

At Jernbro, it is important that misconduct or irregularities that may harm our business or employees are detected and investigated at an early stage.

In line with the Whistleblower Act (2021:890), we have set up a whistleblower function. In the first instance, irregularities should be reported to a manager.

To complement our open business climate, we also offer an external whistleblower service through 2Secure, ensuring full anonymity and protection against retaliation. This allows issues to be reported safely and addressed before they grow.

HOW TO REPORT

If you suspect misconduct or breaches of law, you can report it through our whistleblowing channels. Reports are protected under the Act on the Protection of Persons Who Report Abuse (2021:890).

You can report directly to a manager, Jernbro’s organization, or group management. When using Jernbro’s internal reporting channels, you are covered by the legal protections for whistleblowers.

If you prefer, you can report externally through our partner 2Secure, anonymously if you wish. Reports can be made in writing at wb.2secure.se, by phone at 077-177 99 77, or by requesting a physical meeting via the website.

When registering online, use Jernbro’s company code JIS350. You will then answer a few questions, remain anonymous if preferred, and receive a case number and password to follow your report and communicate securely with 2Secure.

All reports are handled by experienced administrators at 2Secure, who notify Jernbro’s designated contact person. If that person is involved, another contact is notified. Jernbro always makes the final assessment and decides on measures.
