Mathias Svensson Technician & Sales

Mathias combines technical work with customer relations. One day he’s out in the field solving urgent repairs; the next, he’s developing business opportunities and finding new solutions for clients.

− The best part is the variety and meeting customers and co-workers. I enjoy finding solutions that make a real difference in our customers’ daily operations.

Long-term collaborations mean Mathias knows his customers’ machines inside out, ensuring efficient and secure maintenance. Contributing to sustainability by repairing and refurbishing equipment instead of replacing it is an added bonus.

− Jernbro is a place where you can grow, take responsibility and make a true impact.

Ivana Konjevic
Engineer

Ivana Konjevic works with construction and project management at Jernbro under a framework agreement. She studied civil engineering and her background in design, scanning, and modeling has given her a broad foundation.

− I used to follow my father to construction sites as a child, and that sparked my interest. Today I really feel that I’m in the right field. It’s powerful to know that what you create can last for decades.

What motivates her most is being part of the entire process, from idea to completed building or renovation, and collaborating with different professions.

− I value Jernbro’s work environment. We are a mixed team and it feels inclusive and meaningful. If you are considering a technical career, remember that curiosity, commitment and the will to learn goes a long way.

Niklas Finne
Industrial Electrician

Niklas has an assignment at Jernbro’s customer Lantmännen. When a machine stops due to an electrical fault, Niklas is the one called in to troubleshoot, identify the cause, and repair it as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.

The work also includes preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the grain industry’s many machines running. On rare occasions, challenges are greater.

− What I enjoy most is the variety, the challenge of problem-solving, and working with many different machines. It feels great that the company trusts me to take responsibility and work independently. And if you want to be an industrial electrician, you shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
