Jernbro strengthens its focus through the divestment of JWT
In early February, Jernbro signed an agreement to divest its operations within Jernbro Water Technologies (JWT) to Autofric. The divestment is a strategic step in Jernbro’s continued development, further focusing on its core business in industrial maintenance and industrial solutions.
Jernbro Water Technologies has a strong position in equipment and solutions for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment, with particular expertise in sludge treatment, polymer handling, and thickening and dewatering.
For Autofric, the acquisition represents an important step in broadening its product range and strengthening its organization in the area.
