Schlötter secures on-time delivery with Jernbro’s fast and complete production support
When Schlötter needed to quickly produce several Delta lift transport robots, Jernbro stepped in as a new partner to ensure the delivery reached the end customer on time.
Challenge
With rapidly increasing sales and a growing number of orders, Schlötter needed a reliable full-service supplier who could handle design, welding, electronics, and assembly and all within a very tight timeframe. The project required both technical competence and efficient coordination between teams and suppliers.
Solution
Jernbro’s multi-skilled team designed, manufactured, and assembled 11 Delta lifts measuring around 2 x 1 meters, based on Schlötter’s drawings. The work included welding, water cutting, electrical installations, and production of custom packaging. Thanks to close collaboration, quick coordination, and resources from several Jernbro sites, the team managed to complete the project in just two weeks.

Results
The Delta lifts were delivered on time, helping Schlötter meet its customer’s deadline.
