Challenge
Lantmännen needed to replace a 20-meter bellows on a boat loader in Helsingborg harbor. The job required working 25–28 meters above the water, demanding personnel unafraid of heights, careful risk assessments, and favorable weather.
Solution
Jernbro planned and executed the replacement with project managers, mechanics, and electricians from Helsingborg and Gothenburg. The team dismantled the old bellows, lifted it down by crane and installed the new one along with holders and straps for the unloading cones.
Results
