Projects are a significant part of Jernbro’s operations. To further sharpen our competence in project management, we have now strengthened the organization with a PMO (Project Management Office). For the position, we have had the privilege of employing Mikael Hultgren.

Together with our regions and business areas, Mikael will work with development and processes to create more tools within the various phases of the projects.

The goal is to contribute to a clearer and more efficient implementation of customer projects to ensure timely delivery, an end product of the best quality and solutions with a focus on the environment and sustainability.

We are located in about 30 locations throughout the country, and have a broad competence bank that through better and similar working methods will be used in a more efficient way to even more meet your expectations and requirements.

Mikael is an installation engineer with many years of experience as a project manager and inspector in various forms of contracting, such as complete solutions according to ABT06, but also execution contracts with support for AB04. The projects have included public properties, buildings and facilities for various authorities, conversions and extensions of industries as well as hospitals, schools and infrastructure.

In combination with his experience from national and international operations, from early stages to the delivery of finished products and projects to end customers and users, Mikael will make a strong contribution regarding delivering projects at the highest level.
