Coor Industrial Services changes its name to Jernbro.

New group parent company is formed – On June 15, Coor Industrial Services is separated from the other parts of Coor, and is now run as an independent umbrella company under Cinven.

Outsourcing deal with Stora Enso Wood (Ala sawmill) in Ljusne outside Söderhamn.

EuroMaint Industry is acquired with a focus on automotive and manufacturing industries as well as the energy sector. Increased international presence mainly through the unit for manufacturing special machines.

Take-over of Kemira’s maintenance and engineering operations creates a base in southern Sweden and in the chemical industry.

Etablishment in East Sweden through the acquisition of Sapa Industriservice in Finspång. Focus on the steel and manufacturing industries.

Venture capital company Cinven Ltd, acquires Coor from 3i.

Today’s Jernbro started its investment in production services throught the acquisition of AB Volvo’s service company Celero. Focus on the automotive industry.
